It depends on the print process and finishing rather than being a fixed number. Digital printing supports genuinely short runs. Offset litho, foil and embossing carry setup costs that need volume to make sense. Tell us the quantity you actually want and we will quote it.

Not a useful one. We can describe the variables and give you a sense of where a specification sits, but a number quoted from a product name alone would be a guess. The outside dimensions of your container, or a physical sample, is the minimum.

All pricing is volume based, so a large order is priced as a large order without a separate trade tier. For brands packaging several products at once, quoting the whole range as one programme is usually cheaper than ordering each item separately.

Compare specification rather than headline figures. Board weight, colour count, laminate versus varnish, whether an insert is included, and whether tooling is quoted separately all move the number substantially. Ask any supplier which of those their price includes.

You can order a plain structural sample to confirm fit, and a printed proof to confirm colour. A single finished retail-quality box is not economically producible on its own, because the tooling and setup would be carried by one unit.

Our work is focused on lip products, which is why the guidance here is specific rather than general. If you have a related cosmetic item in a similar format, ask — but if it is unrelated packaging, a supplier who works in that category will serve you better.

Our studio can build a die line and lay your supplied elements onto it, including setting the legal panels from copy you provide. What we do not do is create your brand identity or write your ingredient declaration and product claims.

No. We print the file you approve. Ingredient declarations, net contents statements, SPF drug facts panels and product claims are yours to write and verify. Have that copy reviewed before proof approval, because changes afterwards mean new plates.

We can get close, and specifying a spot Pantone rather than a process build narrows the gap considerably. An exact match across different substrates is not achievable, because a printed film label and a coated paperboard carton reflect light differently.

Yes, but it means a new proof cycle and, if plates have been made, new plates. Before die line approval almost anything can change freely. After proof approval, changes carry real cost, which is why both approvals are handled in writing.

Yes. Approved die lines and proofs are held against your account, so a repeat order carries no die charge and no proofing charge. Tell us at the first quote if you expect to reorder on a cycle, since it affects how tooling is quoted.

We confirm a production window in writing with every quote rather than publishing a fixed figure, because it depends on your specification and on how quickly approvals come back. A digitally printed carton with a varnish moves much faster than a foiled litho job with an insert.

Our focus is the US market and freight is quoted for US destinations. If you have a requirement elsewhere, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it properly rather than quoting something we cannot support.

Three checks as standard: colour against the approved proof at press, dimensions on the first die-cut sheets, and a glue and fold test on finished units pulled from the line. Rigid boxes are inspected individually, because hand assembly produces unit-to-unit variation.

Tell us as soon as you find it, with photographs and the order reference, and we will work through it. Because these goods are made to your approved specification and cannot be resold, returns for change of mind are not available — the terms and conditions set out the detail.

Plain and varnished paperboard is widely accepted in US kerbside paper recycling. Laminate films, window patches and metallised board each add a material a consumer must separate, and metallised board is not paper-recyclable. We will tell you exactly what your specification contains.

No. There is no catalogue and no off-the-shelf size list. Every item is manufactured to a die line drawn for a specific container, which is the reason the guidance on this site is as specific as it is.

No. We supply packaging components, flat-packed or assembled as the format requires. Filling, sealing and final packing happen at your facility or your contract filler.
