Asks for dimensions, quantity and artwork status in order, and accepts a file upload.
Response hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Quote requests are answered in the order they arrive.
What to include, by enquiry type
Each of these avoids a round trip.
- A new quote
- Container dimensions or a physical sample, quantity, how the product is sold, artwork status, and any fixed launch date. Therequest a packaging quote covers all of it.
- An existing order
- Your order reference in the subject line, plus what you need — a status update, a delivery change or a query on a proof.
- Artwork files
- Attach files up to 10 MB to the form, or send a download link for anything larger. Include the die line reference and a revision number in the filename.
- Samples or swatches
- Say which question you need answered — fit, feel, or colour — because each needs a different type of sample.
- A delivery problem
- Photographs of the packaging as received, the delivery reference, and anything noted on the paperwork at the time.
- A bulk or private label programme
- A SKU list with quantities and launch dates, ideally as a spreadsheet. Detail on how programmes are structured isset out here.
Things we cannot help with
So you can find the right source rather than waiting on a reply from us.
- Regulatory advice. We print the file you approve. Ingredient declarations, SPF drug facts panels and product claims need a regulatory reviewer, not a printer.
- Formula and filling. We supply packaging components, not contract manufacturing or filling services.
- Stock boxes for immediate dispatch. Nothing is held in stock, because everything is made to a die line drawn for a specific container.
- Packaging outside lip products. A supplier working in your category will serve you considerably better than we would.

We would rather leave those fields empty than show an address or a phone number that has not been verified. Until they are confirmed, email and the quote form are the routes that reach us reliably, and both are monitored during the response hours above.

Price starts from $0.30 per piece for large-volume orders. Final pricing depends on size, material, printing, and quantity.
